We have cooperated with a number of well-known logistics companies (such as SF Express, Deppon Logistics, etc.) to ensure that your neon sign can be delivered safely and on time.
3. Packaging & Protection
All neon signs will go through strict quality checks before shipment and are protected with professional packaging materials such as shockproof foam, bubble wrap, etc., to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Delivery Tracking
A unique tracking number is generated for each order, and you can check the status of your delivery in real-time through our website or the official website of the logistics company.
Precautions for signing
At the time of signing, be sure to check that the package is in good condition on the spot. If you notice any breakage or abnormality, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service team so that they can be dealt with promptly.
Returns service
1. Overview of the Return Policy
We are committed to providing customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with the neon logo you purchased, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item (except for customized products).
2. Return Process
Submit a return request: Log in to your account, find the item you want to return on the "My Orders" page, click the "Request Return" button and fill in the relevant information.
Review & Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your return request within 1-2 business days and notify you of the result by phone or email.
Send back the product: After the review is passed, please send the product back according to the address and instructions provided by the customer service. It is advisable to use a reliable courier company and keep proof of delivery.
Refund processing: After receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund procedure for you within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account.
3. Returns are not available under special circumstances
Customized products: Since customized products are specially made according to customer needs, returns are not supported (unless there is a quality issue).
Used or damaged items: Items that have been used or damaged due to human causes cannot be returned.
Items that have exceeded the return period: Items that have exceeded the 7-day return period will no longer be accepted for return.
4. Return shipping costs are covered
Quality issues: If the item has quality issues or does not match the description, we will bear the round-trip shipping fee.
Non-quality problems: If the customer applies for return due to personal reasons (such as disliking, buying the wrong specification, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
