Terms of Service

To shop on ipixelsign, browse the categories under the headings and click to add items to your cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time

by clicking on the shopping cart link in the upper right corner of the screen. Once in your cart, you will be able to update items and quantities

before checking out.

Before checking out, you will need to set up your ipixelled account. Here you will be able to update personal information such as contact infor-

mation, billing and shipping address. You will also be able to track the status of your current order and any approved returns. Once your account

is set up, you will be able to log in before making future purchases on ipixelsign to



Track your order

Once the purchase is complete and your order is received, you will receive an immediate confirmation in your email. We will also send you an

email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have created an account, you can also log in to your account where

you can view your tracking number.



What payment terms and currencies do you accept?

We accept T/T payment for orders over $10,000 with 30% TT as deposit and 70% payment before delivery. Orders under $10,000. We ask you

to pay in full because your bank charges and ours are very high. However, if you are out of cash and have to make two payments, even for

small orders, we are fine with that.


As a typical company, we do not have a PayPal account and accept mainly bank T/T, but can also accept Western Union. Currencies: USD and

CNY.



Why do sales always ask for proof of payment?

We have a sales team and a global clientele, and in order to differentiate between which client and which salesperson the payment amount

belongs to, we need a copy of your payment for reference to make sure the payment came from you.



What is ipixelsign's lead time?

Stock items: usually 3-7 days after invoice payment.

Customized items may take 8-15 days.


What is the warranty on your products?

All neon products have a 2 year warranty.


Both time periods begin on the date of shipment

Starts Power supplies and SD cards are susceptible to damage from short circuits and are difficult to analyze for this type of damage. Therefore,

no warranty is offered on these products.

We do not warranty all controllers, power supplies and accessories.



Custom Neon Warranty?

Custom ipixelled products include a two year warranty that will cover electrical components if used properly. Please note that indoor signs are

not intended for use outdoors or in any area where they may get wet. Improper use will void the warranty.


Warranty Coverage for Hardwired and Installed Signs


ipixelled is not responsible for any costs incurred when installing or uninstalling your sign. In the unlikely event of a presumed failure of your sign,

we will require photos and video for diagnosis and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you choose to install

or hardwire your sign, ipixelled is not responsible for any costs incurred to uninstall and/or reinstall your sign. If your sign was hardwired by an

electrician, it is at our sole discretion to determine if the failure that occurred is covered by our two year warranty.

Damage in transit


We recommend that you open your ipixelled package upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your sign is damaged during transportatio

ipixelled will ensure that a solution is provided.


Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your ipixelled logo to qualify for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time

period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and are not covered by the warranty.

Note: The delivery date is the courier's delivery date, which you can find by following the instructions in the tracking email.


If you believe your item was salvaged in transit and you are within the 14 day claim period, please send an email to your LED Neon Designer or

info@customneon.com with all of the following:


A clear photo of the sign damage.

Clear photos of the box and any damage to the outer box.

and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box. Send an email with all of the following:

If my item is defective under warranty, can I get a free replacement?

Yes, you can and we will be sure to provide a replacement.
