What are neon signs made of? All our signs are made from high-quality flexible neon LED tubes using proprietary PVC injection moulding technology and handcrafted. The LED tubes are fixed to a sturdy transparent acrylic backing that has been cut and shaped. Compared to traditional glass neon signs, this material is more durable and environmentally friendly. Are neon signs safe? All our signage is handcrafted using high-quality flexible LED light strips. The materials used are PVC and acrylic. Our outdoor signage series is made using high-quality LED lights with fully enclosed acrylic, featuring an IP67 waterproof rating. What are neon signs made of? The LED lights used in our signage have a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. This equates to over two years of continuous use for a neon sign!
Where would you like your order delivered? We ship worldwide! Our neon signs are delivered to any country without restrictions. How long does it take for the neon sign to arrive? From the date you place your order, we typically need up to 3-7 days to deliver the product to your home, but the actual delivery time may be shorter. The longer waiting time is because every product sold on our website, whether custom-designed or pre-set styles, is carefully handmade. Production time is typically 1-2 weeks, and shipping time is typically 3-7 business days (free shipping). If you need your order delivered within 7-10 days, please contact our customer service team to arrange priority processing. We use DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and SF as our shipping partners. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a complete tracking number via email so you can track the location of your new neon sign at any time. What should I do if my neon sign is damaged? All our neon signs are packaged with premium protective packaging, including plastic wrap, bubble wrap, cardboard edge protectors, and a cardboard box. This ensures your neon sign arrives at your home in perfect condition. Shipping costs are also insured, which is why the price is higher than standard shipping rates. In the unlikely event that your sign is damaged, please contact us immediately via email: inquiry@ipixelsign.com Our support team can then escalate the case to our courier for investigation and arrange for a free replacement sign to be sent to you if necessary. What happens if my neon sign doesn't arrive? Our shipping partners provide fully trackable and insured courier services. Once your sign is handed over to our shipping partner (DHL or TNT), we will send you a shipping tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery progress at any time. In the unlikely event that your sign does not arrive, please contact us via email at inquiry@ipixelsign.com Then, our support team can contact the courier to investigate what happened and arrange for a new sign to be sent to you free of charge as soon as possible.
What should I do if there is a problem with my neon sign? All of our neon signs come with a 2-year warranty, which means that if you encounter any issues, we will resolve them for you free of charge. If you encounter any issues with your sign within 24 months of purchase, you can contact our support team at inquiry@ipixelsign.com and provide detailed information about the issue. The team will then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection and authorise the dispatch of a replacement sign to you. Does my new sign come with a warranty? Yes, we offer a 24-month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the product, please email inquiry@ipixelsign.com with a detailed description of the damage and attach photos or videos. We will assess the severity of the issue and determine whether it can be repaired with replacement parts or if a full replacement is necessary. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage/breakage caused by any external factors. The lifespan of neon signs is 12 months or 24 months, depending on the product (specified on the product page) Accessories (dimmer/power adapter) The 1-month warranty does not apply to support screws. Regarding shipping costs for warranty claims: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, including two instances: The cost of shipping the product to our factory and the shipping cost for returning the warranted product to the customer's address. What is our return policy? iPixel only offers returns and refunds for defective products. iPixel will make every effort to resolve the issue and may repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products (including product costs and/or shipping refunds) will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of iPixel. What is iPixel's return procedure? Please contact us at inquiry@ipixelsign.com, specifying the product you wish to return and the reason, along with a short video and photos of the return mark. Please note that we require the video and photos for diagnostic and quality control purposes. If you are unable to provide both the video and photos of the issue, our ability to resolve the problem may be limited. Once we receive all necessary information, we will contact you to attempt to resolve the issue. If a return is approved, please note that you must return the defective product in its original condition along with all original packaging. If a return is approved, the defective product must be returned to iPixel for inspection within 14 days of receiving the product. If a replacement is approved, iPixel will endeavour to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible. If a full or partial refund is approved, iPixel will inform you when the refund will be processed.
How do I install the sign? Our neon signs are easy to install and can be completed in 5 minutes. Please follow the steps below to install your new sign as soon as possible and brighten up your life: 1. Carefully unpack your new sign. Since the sign is packaged in high-quality protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, you may need a knife to assist with removing the packaging. Cut carefully and avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage to the sign or its internal cables. 2. Connect the power cable and plug it into a power outlet. The sign comes with a connection cable, a remote control connection cable, and an independent 12V transformer that can be plugged into the main power source. Connect the main power cable to the remote control connection cable, then connect it to the sign connection cable. Connect AAA batteries to the remote control to turn the sign on/off, adjust the light brightness, and change the effects. If you purchased a colour changer, you can also use the remote control to change the sign's colour. 3. Hang the neon sign using your preferred method. Hanging the neon sign on the wall is similar to hanging a painting. How you hang it is entirely up to you. You can use nails and hooks, but we recommend using wall mounting strips as they are easier to use and won’t damage your walls.
